Job Overview
The Kanoo Group is seeking a responsible and vigilant Security Guard for its Property Division in Dubai. The role involves ensuring the safety and security of Kanoo properties, staff, tenants, and visitors, while maintaining compliance with Health & Safety standards. Candidates must be flexible to work across different Dubai locations and rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control access to assigned premises.
Ensure a safe, secure, and crime-free environment within Kanoo properties.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
Monitor staff, tenants, visitors, and customers.
Assist and coordinate with the maintenance team when required.
Report incidents, safety concerns, and suspicious activities.
Enforce security procedures and company policies.
Support in emergency response situations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in security services Good English communication skills Must have completed required security trainings. Strong observation and attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Trustworthy, honest, and professional conduct Proactive and able to work independently. Flexible to work across multiple locations in Dubai. Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
