Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and vigilant Security Guards to provide day and night shift coverage for our ongoing projects in Sharjah. The Security Guards will be responsible for safeguarding company property, monitoring site activities, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This requirement also includes security support for one of our industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure entry and exit points of the site.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily activities, visitors, and vehicle movements.
- Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety, security, and compliance with site rules.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents immediately to the supervisor/management.
- Assist in emergency response procedures when required.
- Coordinate with site management and security supervisors for operational needs.
- Ensure proper handover between day and night shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard (construction/industrial sites preferred).
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and site safety practices.
- Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently during day or night shifts.
- Valid security training certification (as per UAE regulations).
