Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Oversee identification, prioritization, and resolution of major incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to banking services and operations
  • Communication: Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders during incidents, providing timely updates to executive management, technical teams, and customers
  • Root Cause Analysis: Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent future incidents
  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine incident management processes, policies, and procedures to enhance response efficiency and align with industry best practices
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business units to ensure seamless coordination during incidents and foster continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements
Experience: 7+ years in incident management, preferably in banking/financial services
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Skills:

  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Knowledge of banking systems and UAE regulatory requirements
  • Leadership abilities and crisis management experience
