Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in directing and coordinating all activities of personnel responsible for securing resort property, guests, and hosts
- Conduct patrols within and around the resort, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Supervise outsourced uniformed guards, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to resort standards
- Act as the representative of the Safety/Security Manager during the shift, including handling emergency cases
- Coordinate closely with other departments to maintain a safe environment for guests and hosts
- Identify safety or security weaknesses and recommend improvements
- Review and verify accuracy of shift-end security reports
- Inform the Safety/Security Manager of incidents, risks, or operational concerns

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar luxury hotel security role
- Strong understanding of safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Experience supervising outsourced or internal security teams
- Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
- Fluency in English
