Security Supervisor WEKAYA LLC

Role Purpose:

• The incumbent is responsible to monitor, identify, document and investigate any inconsistencies that pertain to the safety and security of employees, facilities, products, cash, property, and any other assets.

Accountabilities:

• Lead a team of security guards on site.
• Always ensure and maintain security of the site and facilities.
• Monitor and guide security guards to execute proper access control system at entrances
• Ensure that visitors and vehicles logbooks are maintained properly
• Prepare and submit the statistics report of visitors and vehicles to area supervisor Security on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Report any security or fire incident immediately to area supervisor and ensure evacuation of the building / facility if needed
• Ensure that incident scene is secured, and unauthorized persons are prohibited to enter the facility
• Train the security guards for site protocol and procedures
• Comply with the companies HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
• Participate in HSE-related training, drills, and awareness programs.
• Coordination with law enforcements in case of criminal or suspicious activities.

• Responding to all Government, Client or Individual complaints and suggestions.
• Contractors: Ensure contractors are following Companies standards

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Security Guard, or equivalent military or law enforcement experience.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if Applicable).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Knowledge & Skills

• Able to operate emergency equipment in the event of an emergency
• Have knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Excellent observation skills
• Supervision skills
