Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
For most expatriate lawyers, the prospect of opening a solo practice in Dubai is limited to near zero.
While some opt for the free zone route, they quickly realize that practicing in Dubai under a legal consulting license issued from a free zone in another Emirate is not only ineffective for business development but also potentially illegal.
If you are an experienced lawyer in the UAE with a proven ability to bring in clients and handle their work, we offer the necessary infrastructure and support in exchange for retaining 30% of your billings.
You will operate as a self-employed professional, contracting with the firm through a professional collaboration agreement. You will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and charges on your billings.
This arrangement allows you full flexibility to set your own rates and negotiate fee structures that work best for both you and your clients.
