Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualiser with strong expertise in high-rise external architectural rendering. The ideal candidate must have proven experience producing ultra-realistic full-building renders for residential and commercial towers.


• Create high-quality 3D external renders of high-rise towers (20+ floors).

• Develop photorealistic façade materials including curtain wall glazing, aluminum cladding, stone, and concrete finishes.

• Produce full-building hero shots, aerial perspectives, and street-level views.

• Ensure accurate floor-to-floor proportions and podium–tower articulation.

• Set up realistic lighting (daylight, sunset, dusk environments).

• Deliver 4K resolution renders with cinematic composition and professional post-production.

• Interpret CAD drawings and architectural plans accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

•3–5+ years of experience in architectural visualization.

•Advanced proficiency in:

3ds Max

V-Ray or Corona Renderer

Adobe Photoshop

• Strong understanding of high-rise building massing and façade detailing.

•Experience rendering 20+ story residential or commercial towers.

•Knowledge of realistic glass reflections and atmospheric depth.

•Strong portfolio showcasing high-rise external renders.


Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with Unreal Engine (real-time visualization).

•Experience with Lumion or D5.

•Background in Architecture or Interior Design.

•Experience working on projects in urban contexts (Dubai preferred).

•Experience in animation walkthroughs or fly-throughs.


Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit:

•Minimum 5 high-rise external render samples.

•Day and dusk render examples.

•At least one full-building aerial perspective.
