Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Produce high-end, photorealistic 3D visualizations (exteriors, interiors, aerials, and lifestyle scenes) for architectural and interior design projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project leads to interpret design concepts and deliver visuals that align with creative vision and branding.
  • Lead the full visualization pipeline—from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, and post-production—ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Optimize scene setup for performance and render efficiency using advanced techniques in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
  • Utilize industry-standard plugins such as Forest Pack, Rail Clone, and Floor Generator to create detailed, naturalistic environments (landscaping, flooring, urban context).
  • Perform advanced photo compositing and color grading in Adobe Photoshop and After Effects to enhance realism and mood.
  • Manage asset libraries (materials, models, HDRI, vegetation) and maintain studio-wide visualization standards.
  • Mentor junior visualizers and provide technical/artistic guidance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in rendering technology, AI-assisted workflows, and real-time visualization (e.g., Enscape, Unreal Engine—bonus skill).
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client deadlines, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, preferably in a luxury or high-end residential/commercial context.
  • Mastery of Autodesk 3ds Max and V-Ray or Corona Renderer.
  • Expertise with Forest Pack, RailClone, Floor Generator, and other procedural modeling tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Lightroom for post-production.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera optics, and material realism.
  • Excellent eye for detail, color, texture, and spatial storytelling.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and design intent accurately.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills; able to work independently and within a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design, Digital Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
