Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A Senior A/C technician oversees the maintenance and repair of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. This role includes supervising junior technicians and coordinating preventive maintenance programs. Specifically, will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise and train A/C technicians in daily operations and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Manage troubleshooting and repair of complex A/C and refrigeration systems.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and departmental procedures
  • Able to read Building, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing and Drainage drawings.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of Air Conditioning installations and systems within modern building BMS etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory levels

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in A/C maintenance within the hospitality industry.
