Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of split AC, window AC, ducted AC, and central HVAC systems

  2. Diagnose faults in air conditioning systems and carry out efficient troubleshooting

  3. Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) including cleaning coils, filters, ducts, and drainage systems

  4. Handle gas charging, leak detection, and compressor-related issues

  5. Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company SOPs

  6. Attend service calls across Dubai and complete tasks within defined timelines

  7. Maintain proper documentation of work completed (service reports, parts used, etc.)

  8. Support duct cleaning and ventilation maintenance when required

  9. Coordinate with team/driver for daily job allocation and site visits

  10. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional behavior and quality service

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an AC Technician in UAE or GCC

  2. Strong knowledge of:

    • Split AC / Ducted systems

    • HVAC troubleshooting

    • Gas charging & leak fixing

  3. Familiar with tools and equipment used in HVAC servicing

  4. Basic understanding of electrical connections and controls

  5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests

  6. Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Malayalam/Tamil is a plus)

  7. UAE driving license is an advantage (not mandatory)

  8. Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions

    Bonus

    • Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

    • Knowledge of duct cleaning / kitchen hood cleaning

    • Prior experience in home service companies (Urban Company, JustLife, etc.)
