Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Diagnose complex air conditioning issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Oversee the work of junior technicians, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to prolong equipment lifespan and enhance efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in HVAC technology or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair, with a strong focus on air conditioning systems.
- Certification from a recognized HVAC organization, such as NATE or EPA Section 608, demonstrating technical expertise.
- Proven track record of successful project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
