Tactical is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our client servicing team of Account Managers.

Your responsibilities will be:
•Have a deep understanding of Tactical products so that you can optimise the product offering per client and maximise the impact of their campaigns.
•Identify and drive new opportunities with existing clients, as well as develop pitches for new business. You will define the strategy and execution processes, as well as coach your team through their work.
•Partner with internal teams to craft creative and strategic ways to impact business results for our clients.
•Build rock solid, relationships with clients, while taking real interest in their business issues, industry and competitors.
•Lead amazing conceptualization and presentation of campaigns by commanding the room and communicating effectively in all meetings.
•Proactively identify needs of the client and business to sell-through incremental opportunities.
•Inspire, motivate and mentor the Accounts team to ensure Tactical s commitment to the highest quality is delivered consistently.
•Contribute to the career growth of your team by identifying up-skilling opportunities and offering mentorship.
•Have a clear understanding of your teams work capacity and preempt the need for additional talent based on upcoming workload. Recruiting talent that raises the bar on creativity and quality.
•Project manage ideas and strategy from start to finish, ensuring creative concepts are delivered against the business objectives of our clients.
•Run your business; operate and manage your team, tracking budgets, performance and impact of your unit within the larger Tactical operation.
•Own the financial health of account(s), including growth, profitability and delivery of forecasts, while understanding contractual relationships, and monitoring contract compliance.
Your experience should include:
•Leading a team of creative and strategic individuals.

•Strong understanding of the social and digital marketing space with up-to-date and ever-evolving knowledge of platform best practices and new products.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver outstanding presentations that make the nuances of emerging technology digestible to a broad range of clients.
