Roles & Responsibilities

Localisation: Rabat/CASABLANCA

Main missions

Strategic business development

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic clients (Key Accounts, multinationals, large administrations,).
  • Identify and qualify complex opportunities, often multi-service (networks, security, cloud, data, collaborative solutions).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including complex tenders and high-level negotiations.
  • establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
  • To achieve and exceed the sales and margin targets set by Management.

R the technical & pre-sales

  • Understand and analyze the technical needs of clients, conduct initial qualifications with CIOs, IT MANAGERS, and CISOs.
  • Working in close collaboration with the Pre-Sales teams and technology partners (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, HITACHI, NUTANIX, Palo Alto, DELL, HPE and others).
  • To guarantee the quality and relevance of commercial and technical proposals.

Leadership & internal piloting

  • Provide strategic commercial reporting to the Sales Management (forecasts, progress, major projects underway).
  • Participate in defining and improving commercial offers and processes.
  • To provide mentoring and support to the junior Account Managers on the team.
  • to be a driving force in proposing solutions regarding market developments and commercial strategy.

Required skills

Competences techniques

  • Solid mastery of IT environments: network infrastructures, cybersecurity, cloud computing, system infrastructure.
  • Good understanding of the solutions of strategic partners (Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HITACHI).
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-service projects in coordination with the Pre-Sales teams.

Search profile

  • Bac+5 degree in Business, Management, Telecommunications or Computer Science.
  • Over 10 years of experience in an Account Manager, Sales Engineer or Business Developer role in the IT/service provider sector.
  • Proven success in the management and development of strategic key accounts.
  • Mastery of French and professional English.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to manage competitive and demanding environments.
  • A good negotiator, team player, you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong customer focus.
