Roles & Responsibilities

General Description:

Responsible for achieving sales / profitability objectives. Identify marketplace opportunities,

prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, manage the contract process. Showcase

excellent communication and negotiation skills. Act proactively to address clients’ needs, facilitate

the sales process, and provide end to end project management. Assist in the sales process;

attracting potential clients in coordination with management.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding clients and building long-term relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement clients’ projects

Present and train on digital strategies to clients

Developing detailed plans and monitoring progress as well us writing up reports

Run and manage paid campaigns on social platforms

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

Communicate with the team and clients and ensure all members are on board with delegated

tasks

Highlight potential risks and busy periods and act proactively to resolve issues

Coordinate with Content & Creative Ops managers on big and new projects

Suggest team members to work on new projects in coordination with both ops managers

Run cost analysis of new projects and market research when needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience

Ability to create solid pitch presentation

Ability to do budgeting for new projects

Excellent interpersonal, team management skills, and strong communicator

Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

Excellent organization and time management skills

Solid technical background with an ability to address issues

Excellent presentation and reporting skills

Insight-based strategist

Basic Media Buying skills
