• Maintain and track all costs related to construction projects

• Process invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders

• Review, approve, expense reports, Month-End closing

• Research and resolve invoice and billing disputes with suppliers

• Audit all accounts against contractual terms and budgets

• Review vendor invoices and proceed for payment process

• Maintain files on general entries, ledger, assets

• Maintain files on contracts, warranties, insurance policies

• Prepare reports as per the instructions of Manager

• Coordinate with internal & external Audit Team to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Understand UAE VAT filing & Returns and ICV procedures
