Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally, including journals, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier invoices, and customer billing transactions. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and manage company bank accounts and cash flows. Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate cash flow records.
File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Ensure WPS compliance and timely salary disbursement.
Maintain proper documentation logistics-related financial transactions.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and internal audits and provide required documentation.
Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.
NIGHTLIFE/HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of VAT, WPS, and UAE statutory compliance.
Experience handling audits and working with external auditors.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
