Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.
Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
Ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Preparing financial management reports.
Preparing periodic cash flow forecasts.
Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
Establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
Performing budget reallocations as per company policy.
Handling, monitoring, and supporting taxation issues.
Developing and maintaining financial data bases.
Assisting the accountant with implementing and maintaining internal accounting controls and procedures.
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
Analyzing and giving advice on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues.
Analyzing financial information to recommend or developing efficient use of resources and procedures, providing strategic recommendations, and maintaining solutions to business and financial problems.
Interacting with the team mates on daily basis and assisting on special and unexpected duties.
Assisting and following up the sales team (Delivery, Invoicing and Collection).
Preparation and verification of monthly payroll.
Handling and controlling HR data, HR files, daily attendance, Job offer, employment contracts and social security.
Assisting in the hiring and firing processes.
Handling the disciplinary action process in coordination with the CEO.
Processing and keeping record of all employees related payments.
Responsible for reporting to his/her superiors occurrences, events, violations, and acts that may affect the environment, health, safety, and company reputation.
Responsible for exercising due diligence towards the environment, health & safety of self & others in the organization
Performing other related duties as assigned or requested
