Assist with annual financial external audits and external reporting requirements.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintain equipment rental and maintenance accrual spreadsheets.
Create required journal entries into the general ledger and consolidation system.
Assist with the regulatory compliance reporting of deal transactions (trade filings, etc.).
Work with internal and external auditors on document requests.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Two years experience in same field.
