Job Description
Draft outgoing correspondence to be sent through the Correspondence Tracking System.
Create and maintain electronic folders to save incoming and outgoing mail.
Receive completed case files from SLC General Secretariat s employees.
Review outgoing mail to be sent through the email client.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Respond to calls and inquiries received by the Assistant Secretary General s Office.
Perform any other duties related to the functions of the Assistant Secretary General s Office.
