Advisor, Organisational Change & Design Abu Dhabi
Working with
the Advisory Lead and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this position offers an
exciting opportunity to join our growing Advisory Team, and become involved in
a varied portfolio of business improvement projects.
You will be
involved in :
Identifying business opportunities for GHD Advisory, and working closely
with GHD s business units to deliver cross-functional collaboration on client
projects.
Leading end-to-end people-related business improvement projects, focusing
on evaluating current state, identifying opportunities and creating holistic
transformation business cases.
Development of business improvement plans including process maps, to
inform our client s overall strategy and organisational design.
Working as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting
and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business
issues from strategy to execution.
Adding value to our clients by helping them address complex
organisational and human capital challenges through transformation,
organisation design, people, and change management solutions while achieving
sustainable results and demonstrating real impact
Supporting the development of new propositions to help our client
optimise their people functions and enhance organizational effectiveness
Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, Project
Directors and Project Managers.
What you
will bring to the team
Degree qualification in business, education or a related discipline.
Know ledge of the following: Leadership Assessment and Capability
Development, Organisation Design and Transformation Performance and Effectiveness
Development of Position Descriptions, risk management process/procedure,
forecasting and setting budgets, training modules and skills matrices
Previous experience in advising Government clients and/or Public Sector
clients in the Middle East on strategic organization and people related topics
Experience in team development and restructuring with a proven track
record of success
A strong reputation as a true all-rounder, with equal strengths ranging
from technical to advanced soft skills
Strong client service focus, establishing strong client relationships and
generating repeat business through excellent project delivery
Tried professional judgement and commercial acumen, including
identifying, assessing, evaluating and solving problems to meet brief and
budget
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate
complex issues concisely
Ability to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and a network of
professional organizations or affiliations
Ability to undertake high volume of work, often simultaneously
Ability to plan activities and set priorities to meet deadlines and get
positive results
