What You ll Do

* Manage major logistics projects in the UAE with full end-to-end ownership
* Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
* Deliver clear and structured presentations, reports, and updates for leadership teams
* Track milestones, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
* Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making and insights
* Maintain consistent reporting and documentation for all initiatives
* Support ad hoc problem-solving and process improvement projects
* Represent logistics in cross-functional discussions, presenting data and recommendations effectively

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in any discipline, STEM or Economics preferred
* 3 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a fast-paced environment such as tech or e-commerce
* Proven success in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet tools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
* Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized approach to project delivery
* Comfortable working in fast-changing and dynamic environments
