What You ll Do
Manage major logistics projects in the UAE with full end-to-end ownership
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
Deliver clear and structured presentations, reports, and updates for leadership teams
Track milestones, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making and insights
Maintain consistent reporting and documentation for all initiatives
Support ad hoc problem-solving and process improvement projects
Represent logistics in cross-functional discussions, presenting data and recommendations effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in any discipline, STEM or Economics preferred
3 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a fast-paced environment such as tech or e-commerce
Proven success in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized approach to project delivery
Comfortable working in fast-changing and dynamic environments
