What You ll Do
- Manage major logistics projects in the UAE with full end-to-end ownership
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Deliver clear and structured presentations, reports, and updates for leadership teams
- Track milestones, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
- Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making and insights
- Maintain consistent reporting and documentation for all initiatives
- Support ad hoc problem-solving and process improvement projects
- Represent logistics in cross-functional discussions, presenting data and recommendations effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in any discipline, STEM or Economics preferred
- 3 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a fast-paced environment such as tech or e-commerce
- Proven success in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized approach to project delivery
- Comfortable working in fast-changing and dynamic environments
