Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst – Marketing Strategy will be responsible for driving data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and support business growth. The role involves market research, competitive benchmarking, performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to support strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, engagement, etc.) and identify improvement areas.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Work closely with digital, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Create and present strategic marketing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management.
  • Support the planning and execution of campaign strategies, brand positioning, and product launches.
  • Evaluate emerging market trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or CRM systems to extract insights.
  • Support budget planning and forecasting for marketing programs.
