Senior Architect Burtplace General Contracting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning from concept through execution.

• Review and approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and material selections.

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to maintain design integrity.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.

• Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff.

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a senior role.

• Proven experience in large-scale commercial or residential projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, ADM, etc.).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
