We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect specializing in Concept Design to join our dynamic team. This role demands a creative thinker who can inspire and lead a team of architects and designers to develop innovative architectural solutions. The Senior Architect (Concept Design) will be responsible for crafting unique concepts and transformative architectural designs that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling conceptual designs. This position requires strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in modern design software. Responsibilities

• Lead the concept design phase for high-profile architectural projects.
• Interpret client briefs and transform them into compelling design concepts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design objectives.
• Conduct research and gather insights to guide innovative design solutions.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and project viability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff.
• Prepare detailed design presentations for internal and client review meetings.
• Ensure all concept designs adhere to local codes and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout design stages.
• Review and evaluate design proposals, drawings, and documentation for quality control.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architecture and design software.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client meetings to foster business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in architectural concept design or related field.
• Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software such as Revit and Rhino.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with creative and practical design solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage and inspire a design team.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to fast-paced, changing priorities.
