Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate design teams and external consultants across multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong design concepts, ensuring accurate and well-coordinated documentation.
  • Prepare key project deliverables, including presentations, reports, and technical packages.
  • Liaise with authorities and manage submission requirements, permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading discussions on design and technical matters.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, invoicing, and overall delivery performance.
  • Ensure projects are completed to high-quality standards while meeting commercial and contractual expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • 5 - 7+ years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in concept design.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization tools, such as AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with advanced rendering software like V-Ray, Enscape, D5 or Revit is a plus.
  • Strong design sensibility and ability to think creatively and conceptually.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the team.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic, and Russian is preferred.
