Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of healthcare projects, including new hospital builds, extensions, alterations, restorations, and conservation efforts, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion.
• Lead the integration and coordination of electromechanical, structural, and architectural elements with medical equipment planning to ensure alignment with healthcare project goals.
• Select suitable materials and construction methods, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental sustainability in healthcare design.
• Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into healthcare architectural designs.
• Develop precise architectural drawings and models using CAD software and other design tools, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards in healthcare architecture.
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and gather critical information for design development.
• Review and approve design documents to ensure compliance with healthcare construction rules and requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams during building phases to resolve design-related challenges specific to healthcare environments.
• Assess client needs to deliver sustainable, functional, and aesthetically appropriate designs for healthcare facilities.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines through revisions, progress tracking, and comprehensive project proposal development and presentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout all construction phases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
