• Develop and present detailed architectural designs and plans to clients.
• Manage and oversee the architectural team through all project phases.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to achieve project goals.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site analysis to assess and determine project feasibility.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow processes.
• Lead project meetings to discuss design concepts and specifications.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance for professional development.
• Review and approve architectural documents prepared by team members.
• Continuously research new materials and techniques to improve designs.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service.

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field is required.
• A minimum of ten years of professional architectural experience is needed.
• Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects successfully.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
