Senior Architect

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare complete architectural shop drawings and detailed interior design drawing packages in line with project requirements and design intent.
Develop and revise technical drawings, construction details, and material specifications.
Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to resolve design and technical issues.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to verify technical requirements and execution feasibility.
Review design documents and convert them into detailed construction-ready drawings.
Maintain drawing accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all project stages.
Support site teams by providing clarifications, updates, and revisions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum 7 10 years of experience in architectural drafting and detailing, with proven expertise in shop drawings and ID packages.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, materials, and detailing.
Familiarity with international codes and standards (UAE experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Should be available in UAE and ready for Immediate joining.
