Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and refine their architectural vision and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, zoning, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans utilizing cutting-edge design software and tools.
• Manage, mentor, and support junior architects and design team members effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers, constructors, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Prepare detailed project proposals and presentations for client approval and feedback.
• Oversee project budgeting, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality and innovation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Continuously research architectural trends to incorporate innovative techniques and materials.
• Facilitate open communication between all parties to resolve any project-related issues promptly.
• Provide strategic input during the project planning and risk management phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 8 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale and complex architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards within the industry.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client interaction skills are essential.
• Licensure as a registered architect in the relevant state or country is highly preferred.
