Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead architectural design review, site supervision, material coordination, and fit-out execution across multiple real estate development projects in Sharjah from initiation through handover, ensuring

compliance with standards and regulatory approvals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture (Master s preferred).

  • Minimum 15 years experience, with 5+ years in senior architectural coordination and site roles.
  • Strong UAE experience with local authorities and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE regulatory requirements.
