Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the architectural design and technical delivery of projects from concept through IFC stage.

  • Collaborate closely with Design Architects, BIM teams, and site engineers to ensure design coordination, technical accuracy, and constructability.

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with project standards and timelines.

  • Assist in quality assurance and design reviews to ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and international best practices.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal disciplines including Structure, MEP, Interior Design, Landscape, Façade, and POD to achieve fully integrated project outcomes.

  • Participate in resolving design, coordination, and technical challenges throughout project development and delivery stages.

  • Contribute to BIM coordination, ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and alignment across disciplines.

  • Attend and actively participate in project, consultant, and coordination meetings to support design intent and technical discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized university.

  • 10–12 years of professional experience in architectural design and technical documentation, preferably within the UAE/GCC region.

  • Strong expertise in construction detailing, building codes, and local authority submission processes.

  • High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination platforms is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with a strong attention to detail and design quality.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering technically robust, well-coordinated architectural solutions.
