Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments-from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investments
  • Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation
  • Conducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunities
  • Managing relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiatives
  • Preparing investment committee materials and presenting findings
  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment process

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be currently working in the UAE (essential)

Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)

6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&A

Proven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companies

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Deep understanding of the GCC investment landscape

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
