Roles & Responsibilities



ROLE PROFILE

  • Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Deliver personalized property consultations and high-quality customer service.
  • Attend viewings, launches, and client meetings to drive conversions.
  • Stay updated on Cairo s real estate market and share insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Work with brokerage agencies and partners to generate leads and support sales.
  • Handle sales documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and provide regular reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a reputable developer or brokerage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and valuable connections in the real estate community.
  • Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Results-driven, proactive, well-presented, highly organized, and able to work independently or within a team.
