Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage comprehensive audits across various business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Develop detailed audit plans that align with organizational goals, incorporating risk assessments to identify key focus areas.
- Analyze financial statements and internal controls, providing insights that enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify patterns and anomalies, enhancing the audit process through technology.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that clearly articulate findings, implications, and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct post-audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented changes and refine future audit strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- ACCA/CA/CPA
- Up to 3-5 years of external audit experience, preferably an audit firms
- Advanced knowledge and use of office productivity tools and accounting software (MS Office, Tally, Quickbooks, Sage, etc)
- Ability to travel to various company locations
- Excellent grammar communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Maintains confidentialities at all levels
