A leading multidisciplinary consultancy in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Authority Liaison Architect to join its AOR team. This role will lead authority approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the key interface between design teams and UAE authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage authority approvals, permits, and NOCs across all project stages
• Liaise with Dubai authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.) and represent the company in meetings
• Review and coordinate multi-disciplinary design submissions
• Ensure full compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
• Track submissions, respond to comments, and resolve approval challenges
• Identify risks and support teams with compliant design solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 8 10 years UAE experience in Authority Liaison / AOR roles
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Fluent in English and Arabic (essential)
