Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Craft innovative cocktails, showcasing a deep understanding of mixology and flavor profiles, elevating the bar's beverage program.
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maintain cost efficiency and ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring consistent drink quality and service standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport with guests, and anticipating their needs to create a memorable experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a recognized Bartending Certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe).

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of classic cocktails and modern mixology techniques.
