Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bearing the responsibilities assigned to the job in alignment with the government framework, approved policies, procedures, department-wide guidelines.
- Contributing to the preparation of reports required by the ministry and external reports when needed.
- Contributing to the implementation of change management initiatives within the department and supporting the achievement of their outcomes.
- continuous pursuit of developing technical and professional skills in accordance with job requirements.
- Performing any other duties within the scope of the job assigned by the department.
- Implement engagement initiatives and plans approved by the department.
- Organize workshops, discussion groups, and interactive sessions with beneficiaries to measure their satisfaction and collect their feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in beneficiary engagement, community outreach, or a related field, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of beneficiary protection principles and ethical considerations in program implementation.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Demonstrates a commitment to upholding organizational values and ethical standards.
