Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support BIM Coordinators and delivery teams with day-to-day BIM implementation
- Develop 2D and 3D models for drawings, clash detection, reporting, and presentations
- Ensure coordination of model interfaces between all disciplines
- Produce engineering drawings including layouts, profiles, arrangements, and sections
- Extract 2D geometry for reviews and internal coordination
- Deliver PIM outputs in line with TIDP, MIDP, and CDE procedures
- Prepare BIM submissions according to project standards
- Conduct clash detection and model walkthroughs
- Prepare constructability models and reports
- Coordinate closely with lead technical engineers to meet deliverable timelines
Skills Set
- Advanced Revit modelling and custom family creation
- BIM coordination and clash detection
- CDE workflows and model governance
- Quantity take-off and scheduling from models
- Multi-discipline collaboration and digital delivery standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years total experience, with 5 8 years deep Revit expertise
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit 2D/3D production skills
- Demonstrated ability to set up Revit project files and create complex families
- Experienced in federated models, worksets, shared coordinates, and BIM workflows
- Strong knowledge of BIM ISO and PAS standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, BS1192)
- Experience with bridges, tunnels, and complex infrastructure projects
- Skilled in BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and related platforms
