Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support BIM Coordinators and project teams in daily BIM implementation
- Develop detailed 3D/2D models for drawings, clash reports, and presentations aligned with LOD requirements
- Extract models for clash detection, scheduling, and quantity take-off
- Coordinate model interfaces with engineers and designers across all disciplines
- Prepare engineering drawings including layouts, profiles, sections, and arrangements
- Perform internal QA/QC checks to ensure compliance with BIM standards and project protocols
- Produce BIM package submissions in accordance with TIDP, MIDP, CDE, and ISO 19650 requirements
- Conduct clash detection, generate visual walkthroughs, and support constructability analysis
- Develop 2D geometry for reviews and coordination meetings
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience, including 5 8 years in Revit with strong proficiency in current versions
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM 360; familiarity with ProjectWise and Synchro is a plus
- Capable of setting up new Revit project files, creating families, managing worksets, and applying shared coordinates
- Experience producing federated models and running clash detection
- Strong background in BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS1192, BS1192)
- Experience with concrete and steel bridge or tunnel projects
- Strong technical, analytical, and multitasking abilities
