BACT - RINA Group Subsidiary - is looking for Senior Business Development Manager to supports its operations in Algeria.
The Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager will be a key player in developing and implementing BACT- RINA Group Subsidiary strategies in the Energy, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure industries in Algeria.
Key Duties:
• Identifies and qualifies a robust pipeline of focused opportunities that align with BACT/RINA Group business objectives
• Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner by Consistently building and delivering an accurate opportunity pipeline
• Assisting with executing short and long-range sales and marketing plans
• Be responsible for sales and business development initiatives: focused on new sales and business opportunities, client visits and management;
• Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements.
• Drive and monitor the order intake pipeline
• Updating the pipeline with new prospects to be followed up.
• Supporting our focus on customer satisfaction, repeat business and developing new markets.
• Drive and provide support on major contracts, tenders and quotations.
• Drive and support contract closing activities and capture lessons learned.
• Explore opportunities for alliances and partnerships to explore new markets and opportunities.
• Work across the RINA Group developing cross selling and mutual opportunities
• Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence
• Stay current with RINA s current and future offerings and technology solutions, including but not limited to customer-tailored tools and services.
Professional Experience & Education:
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
• Demonstrates significant and wide knowledge and experience in project management in the Energy, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure industries in Algeria.
• 18+ years of progressive experience with roles focused on Business Development and Project Management.
• Demonstrate a track-record of cultivating relationships with clients at every level of the organization.
• Experience of preparing quotations, pre-qualifications and tenders
• Experience in writing, appraising and negotiating detailed contracts and commercial agreements.
• Knowledge and understanding of industry quality requirements and HSE regulations
• Self-motivated, proactive and open-minded personality.
• Strong business attitude, getting things done.
• Outstanding team-player and capability to work with distributed international teams.
• Demonstrates leadership skills.
• Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
