Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories.

· Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services

· Place appropriate orders to ensure product availability that meets consumer demands.

· Brand Negotiations & planning with vendors under Mobiles and accessories Category.

· Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory.

· Product Range forecasting & planning plus develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.

· Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.

· Budget development and revenue for all product categories.

· Determine competitive pricing of all product category.

· Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.

· Continuously update self-knowledge on competition activities, industry news and consumer insights

Desired Candidate Profile



Knowledge and Skills:

· Proven Experience of more than 7yrs as Senior Buyer.

· Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles

· Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods

· Proficient in Microsoft office especially expert in MS-Excel

· An analytical mind with strategic ability

· Excellent communication and people skills, work well in team environment.

· Strong customer orientation
