We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign & Creative Manager (CCM) for our team in Dubai. CCMs are responsible for making our advertisers successful marketers through seamless project management of campaigns, data-driven creative strategy recommendations and ongoing advertiser education while upholding our end customers experience.
CCMs work with our partners to drive ease of doing business and to deliver results that matter to our advertisers for long-term growth. This means diving deep on creative data, recommending creative testing, and providing creative insights to our advertisers. They are experts in Amazon s products, policies and processes, capable of both efficient and accurate campaign management as well as identifying opportunities to improve our workflows and implement best practices across teams.
This person will be responsible for overall advertiser ease of doing business and satisfaction for their book of business, leveraging partner teams (AM, AMM, ADX, Shopper Marketing, Product, Systems, Retail, etc as warranted) to deliver superior results for their advertisers. This individual will be accountable to ensure we have the right resourced CCM team, processes and workflows (tools, reports, etc) in place to support revenue goals and KPIs that reflect our advertisers experience doing business with Amazon. Any service issue impacting their advertiser clients, irrespective of root cause or source, is this person s responsibility to own, solve and prevent in recurrence.
We are looking for a self-starter personality who can navigate through ambiguous situation with ease. This person needs to be confident in client-facing situations, have a strong ability to provide creative insights that drive greater advertiser value and be a strong partner to Sales and Account Management. In parallel, they will drive continuous improvements to our operational workflow and creative delivery process, removing friction and increasing ease of doing business. Participating in our global programs and processes to appropriately vet local innovation and apply new standards will be key. It is expected that this person will also drive one or more programs that has clear and measurable global advertiser benefit, mentoring team members to develop their skills.
Being successful on this team requires the ability to:
Obsess over our end-customer s Amazon experience and our advertiser's business experience.
Plan and organize the execution of sold advertising campaigns with internal Design, AdOps, Sales, Quality Assurance and Account Management teams.
Manage creative delivery and act as the gatekeeper of high creative quality.
Consult with advertisers on creative strategy using historical and industry data.
Plan and deliver advertiser workshops to improve asset content, creative delivery, and raise awareness of Amazon policy.
Troubleshoot issues surfaced during campaign lifecycle.
Lead process improvement projects and standardize global best practices to drive increased efficiencies and frustration-free launches with both internal and external shareholders (i.e. working with the Product team to refine current tools and products).

Internet / E-commerce / Dotcom

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 to 6 years professional experience, 2+ of which in digital media or marketing
Effective written and verbal communicator in Arabic and English
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience managing projects in a fast pace environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, HTML5, Rich Media, and Salesforce
