Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Own Influencer Campaigns: Lead campaigns from concept to execution, delivering results that exceed expectations and leave a mark.

Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with top brands to craft bold, creative briefs and strategies that spark excitement.

Scout Top Talent: Recruit and vet the best influencers, negotiate deals in Arabic and English, and ensure content is on point with the campaign vision.

Drive Performance: Monitor campaign metrics, provide insightful updates to clients, and celebrate success with data-driven results.

Handle Logistics Like a Pro: Manage contracts, streamline logistics, and oversee seamless product deliveries across the region.

Pitch & Propose: Develop dynamic proposals, pitch innovative ideas, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and influencers.

Be in the Action: Attend client meetings, events, or shoots, adding your energy and expertise where it matters most.

Master the Data: Keep systems and data organized to ensure flawless execution every step of the way.


Qualifications:

Industry Pro: 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of success.

Linguistic Powerhouse: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (bonus points if you speak additional languages!).

Master Negotiator: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to build winning partnerships.

Efficiency Expert: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a knack for staying ahead of the game.
