Define Channel Programs
• Identify Channels offer gaps
• Adapt and executes the Channel growth actions plan
• Promoting Channels in the market (plan & lead execution)
• Accountable for the Channel s growth and profitability.
• Enrich defined Programs with more partners
• Execute the Channel management transformation into Digital Channel management
• Channel Branding
• Manage the partners portfolio (partners retentions and acquisitions)
• Follow and review the Sales execution

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Electrical Power Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience in the electrical industry
• High creativity and has an eye for design
• Passion and have excellent presentation skills
• Interpersonal communication skills with a willingness to accept feedback and constructive criticism
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Keen attention to details
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment
