Senior Civil Construction Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and site supervision, ensuring successful project execution in compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope Oversee site activities including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and progress monitoring Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards Collaborate with design teams, architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including reports, contracts, and permits Implement risk management strategies and proactively resolve construction-related issues Optimize construction methods and material usage to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness Lead, mentor, and train junior engineers and site personnel Maintain effective communication with clients, government authorities, suppliers, and internal teams
