1. Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

2. Review shop drawing, Material submittal, Method of statement, BBS and all submittals related to structural works.

3. Supervise, monitor and follow-up the site structural activities in coordination with all disciplines and resolve technical and site-related issues.

4. Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to meet the project schedule and avoid any site discrepancies.

5. Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

6. Conduct site inspections (check levels, alignment, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works prior to casting) and ensure corrective actions are taken for any non-conformities.

7. Verify that materials and workmanship comply with project standards and authority requirements.

8. Implement quality control procedures and ensure all inspection requests (IRs) and material inspection requests (MIRs) are submitted on time.

9. Maintain records of inspections, test reports, and approvals from consultants/authorities.

10.Record and report any technical issues, delays, or changes to the project RE and Head Office.

11.Participate in site meetings to discuss progress, coordination, and technical issues.

12.Act as a link between the Head office (design team) and site team.
