Our client is a leading construction company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and they are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and design
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and drawings
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed within agreed timelines and budget
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and management
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into project designs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of design and construction principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with Dubai's construction industry and regulations is preferred.
