Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects adhere to design specifications and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions to prevent delays.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conducting safety audits and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, detailing project milestones and challenges.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and address technical challenges with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain detailed records of site activities, including materials used, labor hours, and equipment operation.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing technical expertise and contributing to strategic decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, showcasing expertise in project management and execution.
  • Proven ability to use engineering software such as AutoCAD ,and Primavera, MS Office etc....
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all engineering designs and documentation.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varied environments, demonstrating physical capability for site inspections and assessments.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset for ather projects.
